This Site is made available for use by parents, students, staff, and members of the public who access services provided by the School Division. The Site is intended to provide information about School Division services and events. It also contains information about the School Division, its governance, and its community-based programs and services. Users may access and use this Site to obtain information, submit inquiries or complaints, or provide comments or feedback.
Some users, such as School Division staff, have also been authorized by the School Division ("Authorized Users") to access the Site's portal ("Portal") where they can access their own personal information and other information necessary for employment and other purposes. Authorized Users are assigned or required to create a User Profile and a unique login and password ("Account").
3. Acceptable Use of this Site
Users may not access or use the Site or Portal to engage in conduct that:

| (f) | amounts to a use of the Site or Portal for commercial purposes without our express written consent; |

Except where prohibited by law, these Terms, your access to and use of the Site and the Content, and any claims made against the School Division arising out of such access or use, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, without reference to Saskatchewan’s conflict of law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Site will be in the courts sitting in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
